SWRTI ®
A complete suite to automatic manage cancer registry
SWRTI® , allows the storage of all detected cancer information, processing collected sources, identificating incident cases and their encoding.
It also allows the creation of records type and reports, statistical processing and testing of all required parameters provided for by the their confirmation of Cancer Registries, as well as the creation of the track record univocal lay out record for the national databases.
Today some of the cancer registries are using different forms of software (frequently considered illegal treatment for the privacy of sensitive medical datas) SWRTI® represents a rather unique tool, according to the privacy statement and customized for each registry.
Starting from a single platform, everyone can work on his own database by requiring IARC / AIRTUM credits separately and for the years concerned.
The software consists of a platform of middleware “SWINFO” which serves to communicate and to use the sources:

For each one of these sources we provide interconnection with Web-based Software (SW@P for the AP, SWONCE for Oncology, SW @ SL for ASL, etc. .. etc) to be able to enter data into the system.
The software has three types of users: operators (detectors), the members of the Scientific Committee and supervisors.
Access to portal is provided by using a smart card or USB token with authentication certificates issued by Infocert. The system allows an anonymous search of cases by comparing cases from registry of cancer with the archive repository and applying temporal filters.
The record linkage procedure of data stored on the server ( ie Patient record
, reports of pathology, data provided by family physicians, death certificates etc. ETC. ) allows to create events, even from a single source.
Record linkage also allows you to load medical record, index and log inserted files.
you can also link it with patient data if exist or you can load it without if they don't exist; this stage of processing can be done by setting up filters or proceed without any filter, and then in alphabetical and chronological .
Very simple graphical interface, allows you to examine patient record
and process all statements for the same subject the same condition. Symbols show if there is an associated folder or if patient is alive or deceased.

An application server that acts as a front-end;
A central repository that centralizes various sources from the computer network, that continuously collect data from that sources
An high capacity and reliability Internet connection
A firewall for the VPN, for systems of IPS (Intrusion Prevention System) and IDS (Intrusion Detection System);
An LDAP Server to manage the log-in (CMS Card Management System)
